One of the oldest and largest private universities in Northern India, IIMT University, Meerut, is looking to hire dedicated and experienced Aptitude & Reasoning Trainers. The ideal candidates should be well-versed in the syllabus for competitive exams like CAT, with a strong background in training college and university students.

Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions focusing on Aptitude and Reasoning for competitive exams like CAT and other management entrance tests.
• Module Design: Develop training materials and modules that align with current exam patterns and trends.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship to students, helping them strengthen their logical reasoning, problem-solving, and quantitative abilities.
• Student Assessments: Organize assessments and mock tests, monitor student performance, and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with changes in competitive exam syllabi and ensure that training content remains relevant.
• Engagement: Create an engaging learning environment that encourages active student participation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s degree or certification in Aptitude and Reasoning Training is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience training students for competitive exams, particularly CAT.
• Subject Expertise: Strong understanding of the CAT syllabus and exam structure, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively teach and guide students.
• Mentorship Skills: Passion for mentoring students and helping them achieve success in competitive exams.
• Engagement Skills: Enthusiastic, with the ability to inspire confidence and active learning in students.
