Foreword note
Student Induction and orientation programme is to help new students to adjust and to settle comfortably in the
new environment, to inculcate in them the human values, ethics and culture of the University, help them build
bonds with their seniors, batch mates and faculty members, and expose them to a sense of today’s competitive
world’s requirement and self-exploration with ethics and values.
During an induction program, the students are introduced to all various activities enlisted in the SIOP brochure
which is designed strictly on the guidelines of Quality Mandate of UGC. The induction - orientation programme
will make all new students well acquintted with rules – regulations, expected code of conduct of the students of
the University, various facilities and policies of the university for the students.
This programme will help the students to settle in the University environment and will guide them with their
transition into post-secondary which will be a new educational experience.
IIMT University welcomes all the newly admitted students and wishes them to pass out with a very bright and
successful future.
