The Student Induction Programme was conducted for First year newly admitted students
from 12th to 22nd Sept, 2022.
About the Programme
One of the most challenging events in a student's life is to go for further studies from school or
college to University. When new students join to a higher education institution, they come with
diversity of thoughts, knowledge, educational and cultural backgrounds. They come into a
unfamiliar environment, and some of them have little knowledge.
The main purpose of student induction programme is to help new students to familiarize with the
new environment, inculcate in them the vision, mission and culture of the College of Education
IIMTU, and help them to build a bond with other fellow students and faculty members. The
