After the lunch break, Dr. Chauhan, Chief Proctor IIMTU addressed new students about the
Rules and regulations, Code of conduct in IIMTU in a very simple and interactive way and
advised them to maintain discipline in the campus. In the next session, Mrs.Manjeeta Sharma

organized an activity session of Creative Arts and Culture and taught how to make flowers with
papers, ribbon, then Mrs. ManjuBala motivated students to play different indoor game like
Carrom, Chess etc., the students enjoyed games of their interest.

On the fourth day, Dr.AlkaSingh inspired students to play the role of their favourite hero from
any field. Students participated in this activity and showed their talent by acting. In the next

session of Human values, Mrs. KshamaRastogi gave the students the task to make a list of their
desires/needs of self and body, by this activity student got an opportunity to distinguish and
relate them in society like corruption, global warming. On this day Mr. Ratan took this

responsibility to make a visit to Rishi gram with the students, which all of them enjoyed a lot.
After the lunch break, Mrs. Asha Yadav, Cultural Head, IIMTU addressed the new students and
apprised them about the different Cultural Activities being done in the Club in IIMTU

campus. She welcomed the Students to participate in every activity and motivated students to
bring out the artist in them. Students also performed some activities like singing and
dancing. In the next session, Dr. Priyanka Bansal organized an activity of making Rangoli and

the students duly preparedRangoli with flowers and different colours, Dr. Sonu Kumar
(Physcical Education) motivated students to take part in different outdoor game Badminton,
Cricket, Judo etc., they enjoyed games of their interest.
