About the Counselling Centre
The IIMT University Mental Health & Counselling Centre provides free, professional, and confidential psychological support to all registered students. Our qualified counsellors offer individual counselling, group sessions, crisis support, and wellbeing workshops — addressing a wide range of personal, emotional, and academic challenges.
We believe that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by studies, struggling with personal relationships, dealing with anxiety or depression, or simply need someone to talk to — our centre is a safe, non-judgmental space for you.
Completely free & confidential: All counselling services are provided at no charge to registered IIMT University students. Everything shared in sessions is kept strictly confidential — information is not shared with faculty, parents, or administration without your explicit written consent, except where there is a serious risk to life.
