We are seeking a dynamic and talented Female Radio Jockey to join our broadcasting team. The ideal candidate will have a captivating voice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and entertain a diverse audience. The RJ will be responsible for hosting radio shows, interacting with listeners, and delivering content that aligns with the station’s brand and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Host live and pre-recorded radio shows in an engaging and professional manner
- Plan, script, and present content including music, interviews, news, and entertainment segments
- Interact with listeners via calls, social media, and messages to build strong audience engagement
- Conduct interviews with guests, celebrities, and subject matter experts
- Stay updated with current trends, news, music, and pop culture
- Collaborate with the programming and production team to develop creative show ideas
- Ensure smooth execution of shows, including handling technical aspects when required
- Promote station campaigns, events, and sponsors effectively
- Maintain a consistent on-air personality and brand voice
- Adhere to broadcasting guidelines, legal norms, and ethical standards
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong command of language(s) (English, Hindi, or regional language as required)
- Clear diction and pleasant voice quality
- Strong improvisation and storytelling abilities
- Confidence in handling live shows and spontaneous situations
- Good sense of humor and creativity
- Ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Basic technical knowledge of radio equipment and broadcasting software
- Strong social media engagement skills
Experience Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Radio Jockey, Anchor, or Voice Artist (Freshers with exceptional talent may also apply)
- Experience in live hosting, podcasting, or content creation is a plus
