We are inviting applications from distinguished academicians and visionary medical professionals for a senior post in Ayurveda. The successful candidate will join us as a Professor, bringing exceptional leadership, pedagogical expertise, and a strong research background to elevate our academic departments. This role involves steering the curriculum, mentoring faculty, and driving clinical and academic excellence in alignment with NCISM standards.
Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership: Lead the department in curriculum planning, execution, and continuous improvement, ensuring high standards of undergraduate and postgraduate Ayurvedic education.

Teaching & Mentorship: Deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations. Act as a mentor and guide for junior faculty, associate professors, and medical students.

Research & Development: Spearhead departmental research initiatives, encourage clinical trials, and foster a culture of publishing in peer-reviewed journals.

Clinical Guidance: Oversee clinical postings and departmental OPD/IPD duties, ensuring students receive robust hands-on training in patient care.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all departmental operations, academic schedules, and faculty deployments strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).

Institutional Growth: Collaborate with the hospital and college administration to organize seminars, workshops, medical camps, and continuous medical education (CME) programs.

Experience:

A minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in a recognized Ayurvedic Medical College.

Out of the total experience, at least 5 years must have been served in the capacity of a Reader or Associate Professor.

Research Contributions: Must have an established research portfolio with a minimum of 7 to 10 publications in indexed or peer-reviewed journals.

Registration: A valid medical registration with the State Board of Indian Medicine or the central NCISM register.
