Inauguration and Cultural Beginning
The programme commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana performed by the law students, invoking the blessings of wisdom and justice. This solemn start set the tone for a day dedicated to legal awareness and national duty.
Insights on Constitutional Values
In his keynote address, Sh. Ramesh Kushwaha captivated the audience with his insights into the core values of the Indian Constitution. He emphasized that while citizens are often aware of their Fundamental Rights, it is equally vital to remember and uphold our Fundamental Duties.
He urged the future lawyers in the audience to become guardians of the Constitution, ensuring that justice is not just a concept, but a reality for every citizen, regardless of their social standing.
Crucial Updates: DLSA Internships for Law Students
A major highlight for the students was the announcement regarding upcoming training opportunities. The Chief Guest outlined the latest guidelines from the DLSA regarding Internship Training.
