GENERAL RULES:
- Access to the library requires a valid identity card.
- Keep quiet at all times.
- Inside the library, no conversation is allowed.
- There is a restriction on bringing textbooks, printed materials, and issued books into the reference section.
- It is strictly forbidden to use audio devices, including mobile phones, inside the library, whether they have speakers or headphones.
- Before entering the library, enter your name and sign the register that is kept at the entrance counter.
- Any book that a member has checked out may be recalled by the librarian at any time, and the member is required to return it right away.
- It is not possible to transfer library borrower cards. The books borrowed with his or her card are the borrower's responsibility.
- No refreshments of any kind are permitted anywhere on the library grounds.
CIRCULATION ISSUE SYSTEM
When the library card or ID card is presented, books will be issued. Students are advised to inspect the books before borrowing them, and they are accountable for any alterations or damage found when the books are returned.
OVERDUE CHARGES
Borrowed materials must be returned on or before the due date; if they are, a late fee will be assessed for the time that was not returned on time.
BOOK LOST
If a book is lost, the borrower must either replace it with a copy of the same edition or the most recent edition, or pay the cost of the updated edition after obtaining the librarian's approval.
CARE OF LIBRARY BORROWER CARDS
Keep the library borrower cards in good condition. Members are responsible for the entire set of library borrower cards that were issued to them and should not fold or alter the entries on the cards.
LOSS OF CARDS
The librarian should be informed of any lost borrower cards. Upon formal application and payment of a fine, a duplicate card may be issued.
VALIDITY OF CARDS
For the duration of the course, library facilities can be accessed with borrower cards from the library. Cardholders must return their borrowed items to the library at the end of the course.
NO DUES CERTIFICATE
After returning all of the books they were issued, giving up their borrower cards, and paying any outstanding dues, if any, each student must obtain a No Dues certificate from the library.
CARE OF LIBRARY BOOKS
Students are expected to handle their books and journals with extreme care; any pencil marking, writing, or highlighting, page tearing, or other forms of page mutilation will be taken very seriously. If these are not disclosed to the library staff at the time of issue, the reader will be held accountable.
REFERENCE SECTION
There are dictionaries, textbooks, reference books, and more in this section. which are only accessible for use as a reference. These resources are available for use by users.
JOURNAL SECTION
Journals, general magazines, and news letters are all available in this section. They are listed in alphabetical order. The most recent issues are on a display rack, and older issues are organized in a drawer. Periodical bound volumes are only available for reference within the library and are arranged in racks according to alphabetical order.
