Job Description:
IIMT University invites applications from responsible, dedicated, and compassionate candidates for the position of Female Hostel Warden. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, discipline, safety, and welfare of female students residing in the hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the female hostel.

• Maintain discipline, safety, and security within the hostel premises.

• Ensure proper implementation of hostel rules, regulations, and code of conduct.

• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel rooms, dining, and common areas.

• Act as a guardian and mentor, providing emotional and personal support to students when required.

• Coordinate with hostel staff, security, and housekeeping teams for smooth operations.

• Handle emergencies promptly and ensure student safety at all times.

• Maintain records of hostel occupancy, discipline issues, and student activities.

• Organize orientation and awareness programs for hostel residents.

• Report regularly to the Hostel Administration and University authorities.
