About Course
Auxiliary Nurses Midwifery is a diploma program in the field of nursing service. ANM is 2 year diploma program focus on the study of health care in the community setting. ANM program is to facilitate the community people for attaining optimum health status.
The ANM course is designed to prepare a registered ANM at the community / village level with specific skills to meet the health needs of the community. She will be a lively connection between the community and the healthcare system. The aim of ANM program is to identify health problems/ needs and resources in the community and mobilize social support for active participation of the community in health care activities. Provide preventive, promotive, restorative and emergency health care to individuals and community as required. Provide treatment of minor ailments.
After completing the program, students are eligible to take the licensing exam to become certified nursing assistants and midwives. Graduates of our program have a high success rate in passing the licensing exam and securing employment in healthcare facilities.
