About Course
M.Sc. (Physics) offered by the department of Physics SoBST, IIMT University, Meerut has experienced and expert faculties in their fields. The academic activities such as seminars, workshops, lecture series and educational tours produce a conducive learning environment in the department. This motivates the students to think differently to achieve high goals in their career. Physics labs are contemporary and provide better practical as well as theoretical knowledge. After completing the M.Sc. (Physics) degree, students develop analytical thinking ability in their specialized subject of Physics. The pedagogies adopted by the Physics department are modern and uses various communication means along with traditional methods. These modern pedagogies help train the students in more practical and interesting way which makes learning of Physics more feasible for even relatively weaker students. NPTEL and SWAYAM are included as part of the curriculum. One main part of the curriculum is review or project writing in the last semester.
