Vision: To provide students an environment wherein they can learn, enhance their professional skills & upgrade employability quotient.

When students transition from university life to corporate climate, they confront a plethora of new challenges. To prepare the students for these unprecedented tasks on professional, emotional, psychological fronts is the core responsibility of the Corporate Resources & Interface Center. The curriculum is designed to teach and test the students for these circumstances.

The few activities are –

a. Job Fair, which trains them holistically for the selection process.
b. Class room sessions, where skills are taught and polished through group discussions, resume building & personal interviews.

Personality development, team skills, decision making capabilities, presentation skills, analytical bent of mind, strive for innovation, communication skills, along with positive attitude are a few qualities which the trainers of CRIC try to inculcate in the students.

The training team guides students to prepare for various competitive exams in addition to company specific recruitment processes. The pre-final and final year students are given extra grooming through specifically designed workshops which enables students to not only get their dream job but also seamlessly blend into the corporate world.

Dedicated placement team looks after corporate relations, career guidance and placements of the students. It plays a major role in liaisoning with different industrial establishments and manufacturing units for placements, guest lectures and skill development programs.

Placement team is committed to provide adequate opportunities to the graduate and post-graduate students for securing employment in reputed organizations throughout India. They are rigorously involved in collaborating with leading organizations for conducting internships and also act as an interface between students, alumni’s, and the employment community to achieve their objectives.
