Registration Process for Students of Non SAARC Countries

  • Apply for admission to IIMT University by filling up the admission form available on the website. Download Form Click here
  • Submit the duly filled application form along with all the documents as specified below to the University on isac@iimtindia.net.
  • A photocopy of the following documents should be submitted along with the application form:
    • All previous educational certificates
    • Passport with a validity of at least 12 months from the date of application.
    • English translations of all qualifying documents (if not in English) duly notarized.
    • Passport size photographs
  • Upon receiving the completed application form along with the necessary documents, the university scrutinizes the candidature to see if it matches the eligibility criteria of the applied course.
  • Once the file is scrutinized and the candidature is approved by the ISAC team, an email is sent to the student to obtain a bonafide letter by paying a fee of $500.00 (USD Five Hundred Only) to the University. If the university finds a student ineligible for a particular course/ program, his/her candidature will stand cancelled. However, the student has an option to apply for another course as per eligibility.
  • Once the payment is received, the university issues a Provisional Admission/Bonafide Letter to the student.
  • To secure the seat offered, the student must acknowledge and accept the admission letter and remit the complete fees for the first year (Course Fee + Hostel Fee + Security) as mentioned in the letter through the bank transfer. All funds should be transferred to:

  • Please use SWIFT Code only to transfer the funds internationally. It may take up to 7 working days for funds to reflect in our account.
  •  After the completion of the admission process, the student can now apply for the Visa.
  • Book your air tickets only after receiving confirmation of receipt of Complete First Year Fee (Course Fee + Hostel Fee + Security) as mentioned in Provisional Admission Letter.
  • On arrival in India, obtain clearance from Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for becoming eligible to pursue your chosen program. The student is also required to fulfill FRRO requirements as required by The Government of India. The University will provide assistance in acquiring FRRO clearance.
  • Report to the University as per academic calendar provided by the University.

NOTE: Fee once paid is non-refundable. However, the student may request to adjust the fees if seeking admission in any other course.
