Grievance Registration Process
IIMT University is committed to providing a platform for students to voice their concerns and grievances effectively. Follow the step-by-step guide below to register your complaint seamlessly through the ERP system.

Step 1: Login to ERP
- Action: Enter your username and password on the ERP portal.
- Output: Upon successful login, you will gain access to your student account.
Step 2: Click on the Grievance Complaint Icon
- Action: Locate and click on the "Grievance Complaint" icon on the dashboard.
Step 3: Select Complaint Fields
- Action: Fill in the required details, such as:
- Category of Grievance: Select the appropriate grievance type (e.g., academic, administrative, hostel, etc.).
- Description: Provide a clear and concise explanation of your complaint.
- Additional Information: Upload any supporting documents, if necessary.
Step 4: Submit Your Complaint
- Action: Click on the "Submit" button to register your grievance.
- Output:
- Confirmation message indicating successful submission.
- The registered complaint will appear on the same page for your reference.
Post-Submission Process
- Complaint Tracking: You can monitor the status of your complaint through the ERP portal.
- Resolution: The university will review your grievance and take appropriate action. Updates will be communicated via the ERP system or through official communication channels.
