ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STUDENTS
All the clubs of IIMT University are by the students and for the students. Students of the various schools of IIMTU can be members of any of the clubs. Among the members of the clubs, the president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer of each club are selected by the head or in-charge of the respective club. The club’s leadership structure includes the following roles and responsibilities:
- President: Leads the club’s initiatives and oversees all activities. The president sets the vision and direction of the club.
- Vice President: Assists the President and takes on leadership in their absence. This role plays a critical role in managing day-to-day operations.
- Secretary: Manages club records, communications, and event scheduling. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination among members.
- Treasurer: Handles the club’s financial matters and budget. Responsible for managing club funds, expenses, and financial records.
- Student members: will participate in various activities organized by the clubs.
