Student Grievance Redressal Cell

The office of Dean Students’ Welfare tries to ensure a congenial learning environment to all the students coming from different parts of our country and abroad by providing necessary guidance, suitable counselling and solving their grievances related to Admissions, Examinations etc.

For the holistic development of our students the office also organises various activities, seminars, workshops to improve the skills of the interested students. Dean Students Welfare envisions the overall and comprehensive wellness of the students in the campus with the aim to help them grow and develop their personality by providing 4Hs to our students - Hope, Health, Harmony and Happiness.

The Dean of Students’ Welfare may communicate with the parent or the guardian of a student in respect of any matter whenever necessary. The duty of the Dean of Students’ Welfare and the Assistant Deans of Students’ Welfare is to assist the students in matters requiring help & guidance and in particular, to advice the students and prospective students in:

  • Obtaining admission to the University and its courses.
  • The choice of suitable courses and hobbies.
  • Finding living accommodation.
  • Making mess arrangements.
  • Obtaining medical advice and assistance.
  • Securing scholarships, stipends, part-time employment and other pecuniary assistance.
  • Obtaining travel facilities for holidays and educational excursions.
  • Securing facilities for further studies abroad.
